Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping:

Delivery 2-6 business days

Express Shipping:

Delivery 1-2 business days

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking details and you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number once shipped. You can track your order using the link provided or through the Australia Post website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are directly paid to the courier.

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lash Mode is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays.
  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Any incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional charges or delays.
  • Signatures may be required upon delivery.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors affecting the postal service. We recommend allowing extra time for your package to arrive during peak periods, such as holidays or sales events.

In-Store Pick Up:

We’re excited to offer a convenient in-store pick up option for your Lash Mode order.

How it works:

  • Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours of purchase.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up with the detailed address.

  • Pick up is available from 9am-9pm

  • Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting your order.
